Our Programs

Emergency Fund

In recognizing that having family close by aids in healing, the support we provide through our Emergency Fund Program is meant to be a safety net for families in this critical time of need. Our grants provide direct support for housing, food, and transportation at the time of cardiac surgery or transplant for patients and their families.

Community Events

Because the needs of heart patients and their families exceed material necessities, we also deliver hope and comfort through Community Events. These events build a sense of community for heart patients and offer emotional sustenance by connecting patients, their families, and their caregivers with others who have gone through similar experiences. Each community program is unique and is designed in close collaboration with hospital staff.

Hope 4 Hearts

We select a family to create a personalized day of adventure and activities for a recovered heart disease patient and their family in NYC. Our mission is to re-inspire hope and improve the patient’s outlook on life, post-surgery, and heart procedures.

Caregiver Food Delivery

When caregivers are well fed they provide stronger support and they do not have to worry about leaving for mealtime. Lifting a tiny burden can go a long way in supporting a family in healing. Our Caregiver Food Delivery Program delivers right to bedside for caregivers and other family members.
