Financial Assistance

  • Larry King Cardiac Foundation provides funding for life-saving treatment for individuals who, due to limited means or no insurance, would otherwise be unable to receive the treatment and care they so desperately need. Learn more

  • NTAF helps families address financial hardships arising from uninsured medical expenses related to transplantation (solid organ, bone marrow, stem cell, or tissue) and catastrophic injury (spinal cord, traumatic brain). Learn More

  • NeedyMeds is an online information resource of programs that assist people who need help with the cost of medicine.  Learn More

  • The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) provides case management services and financial aid to Americans with chronic, life-threatening, and debilitating diseases. PAF offers three direct service programs. Copay Relief and Financial Aid Funds offer direct financial assistance and Case Management is an intervention support service and does not provide direct financial assistance. Each program is a separate department and operates independently of each other. Learn more.

  • The Assistance Fund's (TAF's) Heart Failure Copay Assistance Program provides eligible individuals with assistance for out-of-pocket expenses related to heart failure. Covered expenses include financial assistance for out-of-pocket costs for prescribed FDA-approved treatment, such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. There is no cap on the amount of assistance a patient receives in a calendar year after they are approved and enrolled in a TAF disease program.
